Differentiate catchable Pokémon forms (like gender or regional forms) from uncatchable forms (like mega evolutions).
On the Pokédex page, each Pokémon you’ve caught will have small dots displayed on it to represent its multiple catchable forms. The dot will be filled if you’ve caught the corresponding form, and empty if you have not.
Similarly, on the Pokédex sprite viewer (opened by clicking a Pokémon icon on the Pokédex page), next to each catchable form's name, an empty circle or a Poké Ball will be displayed to represent whether you've caught that form or not.
